Yes — and here’s the simplest way to think about it. Insurance is like car insurance. You don’t use it for gas, oil changes, or a car wash; you use it for a major accident. Health insurance works best the same way: keep it for the big things — the emergency room, hospital stays, specialists, imaging. Let your membership cover the everyday: checkups, sick visits, and all the questions in between. Many of my families pair Nurture & Bloom with a high-deductible plan, an HSA, or a health share, and it works beautifully.
